If you've experienced anxiety, you know that it can be sneaky and at times difficult to manage.
The good news is that there are tools, when you followed regularly as daily habits can offer a huge relief. 1.Do exercise: do yoga, dance, or any other exercise that you like.
2.Have a Journal: write during your "worry times" as this helps you find what triggers are causing your anxiety and can help you manage your negative thoughts 3.Take time for yourself: drink a cup of tea or coffee, go for a walk, play with your dog, read a book, do things that relax you.
4.Meditate: You can meditate with a guide or alone, now there are many apps for that, like CALM, Headspace or Insigh Timer. and always remember to breathe deeply and relax. 5.Get creative: draw, do arts & crafts, lettering, sing, write, paint, join online courses or learn something new on YouTube. 6.
