In my therapy sessions, we’ll work together to solve current problems and improve your communication and conflict resolution skills. This is also a great opportunity for couple's to work through their unfinished business, heal from old wounds and rekindle the relationship.

Family sessions are open for the entire family to join and work together through the challenges they are facing. This is a place for families to speak about their emotions, their fears, their hurt, and to become stronger as a unit.
Convenient and Practical
Do you find yourself rushing to meetings and not having enough time for yourself? Therapy does not need to be another meeting you rush to. I offer video and phone sessions for your convenience and you can do these from the comfort of your home, your office, or from wherever you are. This service is only offered to California residents.
For Latinx Families
Currently offering a pro-bono (free) spot for a family impacted by immigration policies.
Family or individual must reside in California and must be of low income and not have the resources to access services otherwise.
Services can be offered in Spanish or English.
Mishka is currently offering a virtual support group for adults who would like to gain new coping skills to reduce and manage their stress. "From Stress to Calm" will be a 6 week closed group and will include:
Weekly Zoom Group Calls for 90 minutes
Handouts and Worksheets
Check-in Calls with Mishka
A curriculum that includes Mindfulness, breath work, relaxation techniques, and more.
